Rob DeFlorio has been leading teams to creative excellence for over three decades, from running marketing at Nike during its creative heyday, to starting Mother NY, the London-based agency’s first successful foray into the U.S. to shaping Radical Media’s operations and marketing as COO to founding the iconic Sauce restaurant brand in NYC.

His mission throughout his career to today has remained the same: “To create an environment where creativity can thrive.”  Having led the charge with a relentless focus on marrying standout creative work with communication and business goals, he is now pursuing the next phase: serving as an outsourced, short-term partner to leaders of creative organizations.

Recruited key executives in HR, PR, and post production.

Launched Mother London’s stateside presence with 2 talented Creative Directors and an innovative business guy. Went from $0 to $18M in revenue and 4 to 65 employees in 6 Years. Great run. Lots of interesting marketing strategies and work for great brands. Always different and interesting. Sold my stake to my partners and moved on.
